This booking secures your spot for an in-store candle-making experience at District Candle Lab. During your appointment, you’ll explore our fragrance wall, blend your custom scent, and create a hand-poured candle guided by our team.

Reservation Deposit
A $15 deposit per person is required to book. This deposit is applied toward your total candle purchase during your visit — it’s not an extra fee.

Rescheduling
Plans change, we get it. You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled time and your deposit will transfer to your new booking.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Deposits are non-refundable

Canceling your appointment means you forfeit your reservation and deposit

Missing your appointment (no-show) also results in forfeiture of your reservation fee

Appointments are limited to ensure each guest gets the full experience, so your reservation helps us prepare materials, staffing, and space just for you.
