How Our Candle Lab Works

Important Info To Note
Are reservations required? Can I just walk in?
Weekend availability is very limited and reservations are strongly recommended!!!
Walk-ins are subject to availability, especially on the weekends.
We are unable to guarantee reservations past your designated start time. Please arrive on time!
What is the cancellation policy?
Rescheduling/cancellation less than 24hrs within your reserved time will result in losing your reservation fee!
How long is the experience?
The custom candle making experience takes about 30-45 minutes. Candles take up to 3 hours to set. So, plan to pick up your candle 2-3 hours after it is poured. If you make your candle at 4pm or later, you will need to pick it up the next day. Diffusers are ready immediately!
How long will you hold my candle?
You can pick up your candle 2-3 hours after your experience. We hold on to your candles for 2 weeks, but after that we have to donate them due to limited space.
Is there age restriction?
Guests under 16 year of age must have an adult present for the duration of the candle making experience.
